Service Description

Rejuvenate your body and spirit. This class focuses on strengthening all core muscles. This form of exercise helps relieve common back pain and gives strength to every activity you love in the rest of your life. The unique class has three sections. 1. The first 5 minutes is an informal stretch time for participants to log in. 2. Then Lyn will guide you through a 30 minute Pilates-based routine that gently and safely exercises every muscle from your hips through to your neck. 3. The last 10 minutes are spent stretching and regaining flexibility. Equipment Needed: Yoga mat is recommended. What to wear: Comfortable/stretchy clothes and no shoes. Fitness Level: Absolute beginner to beginner. All exercises are designed to be accessible for any people living with low vision, blindness, or chronic illness. Recommended you are able to sit and lay on the floor.
