Voice-Only Strength for Beginners

Strengthen your body with this unique audio-only exercise class. All participants and the instructor have their video cameras off for the entire class. The unique audio-only class has three sections. 1. The first 5 minutes is time for all to get into the session and do a little stretching. 2. Then Lyn guides you through a 30 minute set designed to build your strength and balance. 3. The last 10 minutes are spent stretching and regaining flexibility and focus. Equipment Needed: Yoga Mat is Optional. Light Weights are Recommended. First time students need no equipment. What to wear: Comfortable/stretchy clothes and tennis shoes. Fitness Level: Absolute beginner to beginner. All exercises are designed to be accessible for any people living with low vision, blindness, or chronic illness.
