This is our moment to rise above.
Hey friends it's Lyn.
Each November we make a commitment to not give up on ourselves when the weather, the darkness, and the holidays encroach us and try to seep through our cracks.
Each year we look at our November calendar and say, "Hey November, I'm in charge."
Each year we find ourselves more resilient, more capable, and more willing to keep making ourselves a priority, even when the tides turn against us.
This challenge is different from the rest.
Our November Challenge isn't about checking boxes, gritting out tasks we hate, or shaming ourselves if we fall.
It's about finding our love of exercise, our tools to help us push ahead, and our compassion for ourselves.
It's about reminding ourselves we are worthy of this thing called healthy-living.
It's about living a life you love.
That sounds great, but...
-
I am so out of shape.
-
I hate cold weather.
-
My chronic illnesses make it feel impossible.
-
I don't like exercise.
Exactly.
That's why the November Challenge addresses all of these issues and more.
-
When you are out of shape, getting back into shape is hard. But it doesn't have to be heartbreaking. I provide a lot of tips on how to determine the right amount of exercise for you. Plus, in my weekly LIVE Zoom calls you can ask me questions.

The cold weather it tough, I get it. This is exactly why I chose November for the Challenge. The whole point of the challenge is about living a life you love while you exercise, so if you prefer to do your walking or exercise indoors then go for it!

Chronic illness is the reason I am here today. I am fully aware of how it will be super important to honor where your body is at today. Plus, when you do have the energy or ability to move it super important that your movements count towards something meaningful. I'll help you brainstorm through this sticky tar pit.

It's okay if you don't like exercise. I'm a master wizard at helping people discover exercise they enjoy. Plus, this challenge is not about cramming yourself into someone else's box, but rather figuring out how to love your life while you exercise. I'll be there to help you each week!
