The Awesome Workshop

Service Description

Have you ever wondered if your form is awesome during class? And are you confident that how you are performing exercises will keep you injury-free for the long term? Would you like to connect more with other awesome class members? If so, then join the upcoming awesome workshop on April 30th. This awesome workshop will have four awesome sections. 1. Awesome fitness motivation: We'll walk together through an exercise to help amp up your motivation for all things health and fitness. 2. Awesome fitness form: We will review the form of most of our in class exercises and you'll receive feedback from me to ensure you've got the form correct. 4. Awesome fitness plans: We'll discuss your exercise aspirations, look at your current exercise plans and create a 3-month plan to keep you on track to meet your goals. 5. Awesome fitness friends: This will be an interactive workshop with lots of time to participate and get to know the awesome people you exercise with. The awesome workshop is limited to only 5 participants, so reserve your spot today.  The Awesome Workshop Details Saturday April 30th. 2 hours 12:00 - 2:00 pm Pacific / 3:00 - 5:00 pm Eastern. $99.00

Cancellation Policy

Fitness Classes: Cancel 1-hour before the class begins. 1-1 Sessions: I've reserved this time just for you. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Thank you for remembering we are humans too!
