Have you ever wondered if there's more you can do to dial in your metabolism so that eating, energy, and exercise become easier? Are you confident that your breakfast is setting you up for eating and energy success? If you don't have diabetes do you want to ensure it stays that way? If you have been diagnosed with diabetes do you need an extra boost of non-judgemental encouragement? Would you like to cover this in a fun and supportive environment? If so, then join the upcoming 2-part Great Metabolism Workshop! The Great Metabolism Workshop is two sections. PART ONE: YOUR GREAT METABOLISM 1. Great metabolism knowledge We'll walk together through the basics of why managing metabolism is so important and simple changes with food and lifestyle that make succeeding so much easier because you'll no longer be hungry all the time. 2. Great metabolism and fasting What is the craze with intermittent fasting? Is it a fad? Can it be dangerous? Can it help heal or prevent diabetes? Is this related to weight loss? Can I do it without being miserable? This is where I'll geek out a bit with Dr. Jason Fung's books, The Obesity Code and The Diabetes code. 3. Great metabolism plan You'll create a plan to get started. 4. Great metabolism friends This is a small group workshop. You'll have the opportunity to share and learn from others. PART TWO: KEEP IT GOING One month later, we'll regroup, share our personal experiences, learn from each other, and make our long-term plans to keep our momentum going.
