Do your 5K training correct and injury free. This is a 45 minute Zoom call with Lyn Lindbergh. This is designed for people who fit one of these criteria. - Brand new to jogging. - Wanting to jog but suffer from health issues. - Have been instructed by their doctor to exercise. - Used to jog but life has thrown them a curve ball. During your call we will: - Power-up your motivation for jogging. - Get your running gear plan lined up. - Ensure you are ready to train injury free. - Know the warning signs of injury. - Know how to customize the standard C25K plan to meet your needs. - Learn how to escape a setback. - Answer any questions you have about trackers, apps, food, and hydration. After the Zoom call you will receive: - Your Couch to 5K success packet. - Modifications to the traditional 5K plan. - Notes from our call with key success tips. Whether you are hoping to enter a 5K race or simply want to start jogging again this session with Lyn will help ensure you are on your fastest path to success! You are worth it.
