Service Description

This class will be recorded and used for promotional materials on Couch to Active. During the class we will do a sampler demo similar to what we did a couple of weeks ago. I'm hosting this recorded class so that we can create a promotional video and other promotional materials for our website. If you have a 6-pack of classes or you let your membership lapse, this session is free for you to join. By joining this class you agree to let Couch to Active use the recording to create promotional materials such as a video for the website and social media posts. My intent is to create a video that highlights the class flow to give prospective students a sense of what it's really like to attend a class. The class will run for 30 minutes. After class you'll have an opportunity to provide a testimonial or pro-tips for newbies.
