Or do your hands get tired when we use the stretchy bands during our longer Saturday stretch sessions? If so, then the Pilates ring might be right for you! This piece of equipment is not the easiest to integrate into a class, but with a little extra instruction you can easily have it on hand for some of our class moves. In this class I teach you how the ring can be used while we stretch in class, plus I'll show you how you can get just about a full-body workout with a Pilates ring. Between now and then you'll want to purchase a Pilates ring for the bonus class. There are all kinds of Pilates rings on the market in all kinds of price points. I recommend finding one that is foam padded and not expensive.
