Designed for the absolute beginner looking for a positive space to begin their strength exercises. This is a unique class. 1. The first 5 minutes of class is for participants to log in. 2. For the next 30 minutes Lyn leads you through a series of strength exercises appropriate for both the ultimate beginner and more advanced students. 3. The final 10 minutes is spent stretching and breathing. Equipment Needed: - Stretchy Band, Optional Weights - First-time participants need no equipment. What to wear: Comfortable/stretchy clothes and tennis shoes. Fitness Level: Absolute beginner to more advanced. All exercises are designed to be accessible for any people living with low vision, blindness, or chronic illness.
