Service Description

Designed for students who have attended Gentle Yoga and are looking for a positive space to begin additional challenges in their yoga practice. This class includes seated and standing poses, one-legged balancing, mat poses, and a savanna meditation. Equipment Needed: - Kitchen or folding chair - Yoga Mat - No Shoes - Optional: Yoga strap and yoga block - First-time participants need no equipment. What to wear: Comfortable/stretchy clothes. Yoga is traditionally done with bare feet, however, shoes are welcome if you need foot support. Fitness Level: Beginner to intermediate. We recommend your first yoga class with us is Gentle Yoga. All exercises are designed to be accessible for any people living with low vision, blindness, or chronic illness.
