In this 7-day fitness challenge Lyn guides you through 7-days of exercise. At the end of the week you will have completed the amount of exercise recommended by the Centers for Disease Control. The challenge includes a weekly total of 150 minutes of cardio and weight bearing exercises. The weight bearing exercises include a video you can follow. Fitness Level: Ultimate Beginner. Each day Lyn helps the ultimate beginner make modifications so all effort is celebrated.
